HOW TO USE
- 1Build an expression with the keys: digits, operators, parentheses and functions.
- 2Functions take parentheses: press sin, then 30, then close, sin(30). Unclosed parentheses close automatically.
- 3Switch between Degrees and Radians for trigonometry: sin(30) is 0.5 in degrees, sin(π/6) is 0.5 in radians.
- 4Press = to commit the result and keep calculating from it. Press C to clear or ⌫ to erase one character.

FAQ
Why does -5^2 show -25 instead of 25?
The power operator binds tighter than the unary minus, so -5^2 is -(5^2) = -25, matching Google and most expression calculators. Use parentheses for (-5)^2 = 25.
Do I need to type the closing parenthesis?
No. Unclosed parentheses are closed automatically, sin(30 alone evaluates the same as sin(30). You can also leave trailing operators; they are ignored at the end of an expression.
What angle unit does sin use?
Degrees by default. Toggle Radians for calculations in radians, for example sin(π/6) = 0.5. The toggle applies to sin, cos and tan only.
How accurate are the results?
Calculations use JavaScript double-precision math and results are shown with up to 12 significant digits, more than enough for practical use. Very large or very small results switch to scientific notation automatically.
