What kind of diff does this tool compute?
It performs a line by line comparison, ideal for code, configs and documents. Added lines are marked with a plus and removed lines with a minus.
Can I swap the two inputs?

Is my text sent to a server?
No. The comparison runs entirely in your browser.
How do I read the result?
Each line shows a prefix: + for added, - for removed, and a blank for unchanged lines. Colours make the changes easy to scan.
