FAQ

What is favicon.ico used for?
Older browsers and some contexts still request favicon.ico. This tool builds a real ICO from your 16, 32 and 48px PNGs.
Do I need every size?
Modern browsers use several: 180px for Apple touch icons and 192/512px for Android home screens. Generating them all avoids missing-icon warnings.
Is my SVG uploaded anywhere?
No. Favicon generation runs entirely in your browser.
