FAQ

Which formula is most accurate?
All four are population-level estimates. Devine is the most commonly used in clinical settings. For best results, use the overall range rather than relying on a single formula.
What is frame size?
Frame size refers to your bone structure. Small frame means narrower shoulders and wrists, large frame means wider. It adjusts the ideal range by ±10%.
Does this work for athletes?
These formulas are based on general population data. Athletes with higher muscle mass may weigh more than the calculated range and still be healthy.
